Lilac is a restaurant and cocktail bar located at Papirøen in Copenhagen, offering a concept based on seasonal ingredients and a curated cocktail program using pre-batched cocktails. The restaurant consists a 52-pax main dining area where guests can have the full menu, and a 12 seat bar and 20 seat lounge; both of which will be drinks and snacks only. Opening hours are Sunday through Thursday from 17:00 to 24:00, and Friday through Saturday from 17:00 to 02:00. The restaurant will be holding a single seat brunch service from 10:00 to 13:00.
The concept for Lilac began as a space where guests could curate their own experience. The food being offered will be a sharing concept drawing from cuisines around the world with a focus on fire based cooking using a Josper charcoal oven. This along with a full batch cocktail program and a curated wine selection allows guests to visit the space with a variety of expectations; whether it is for an apéro, a full meal, only drinks, or even a late night gathering. Our goal is to streamline key elements of service to improve consistency and efficiency, allowing us to focus more on quality, guest interaction, and overall hospitality. We prioritize attentiveness, and a warm and personal approach to service rather than any strict guidelines.
