At Luxplus, Member Services is undergoing an exciting transformation. We're evolving from a traditional customer service function into a strategic driver of member loyalty, retention, and growth. This means we don't just resolve enquiries - we create value in every member interaction and work proactively to strengthen both member satisfaction and long-term member value.

We're looking for two ambitious Member Advisors who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, driving performance, and continuously developing their skills. You'll become part of a team where quality, efficiency, and commercial awareness go hand in hand, and where we use data, AI, and continuous optimisation to deliver the best possible member experience.

Your role:

As a Member Advisor, you will play a key role in:

  • Creating value in every member interaction.
  • Helping members get the most out of their membership through proactive guidance and personalised recommendations.
  • Strengthening member loyalty and reducing churn.
  • Delivering high-quality service through data-driven insights, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
  • Contributing actively to the development of the future of Member Services together with the rest of the team.

  • Have at least two years of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat, ideally within e-commerce or a membership, subscription, or loyalty-based business.
