Søly Bakery with a focus on sourdough bread, classic and modern pastries, and solid team work
Søly Bakery was originally established as an extension to Søly Bistro as a micro-bakery, but quickly grew into becoming an independent entity within the organization as its popularity grew exponentially. We therefore decided to move the bakery into its own location around the corner and become a proper sourdough bakery.
We make bread and pastries entirely from scratch, using traditional methods. We only work with the best ingredients and source locally, if possible. We offer delicious sourdough bread and many kinds of pastries including, but not limited to, croissants and other laminated items, cinnamon rolls, cookies, etc. We are continuously developing new recipes to surprise and delight our guests.
