Business Development Representative

We’re now looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Austin team!


Your Role as a BDR


As a BDR, you’ll be on the frontline of our growth in the US market. You’ll introduce restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and food retailers to Too Good To Go and help them turn surplus food into value instead of waste.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Proactively reaching out to potential partners (outbound sales)
  • Booking high-quality meetings for our Account Executives
  • Understanding partner needs and clearly communicating our value
  • Managing your pipeline and activity in CRM
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to improve conversion and messaging
  • Continuously improving your sales craft through coaching, feedback, and data

This is a high-energy, high-learning role where you’ll develop world-class commercial skills fast.
